Your PIN is valid for 7 days from date of issue.
After 7 days, the PIN expires and you will forfeit your qualifying reward.
For each qualifying reward, you will receive a separate single unique PIN. You will need to access the Prizestore voucher redemption platform separately with each pin, to redeem the relevant qualifying voucher. Once each voucher is redeemed per PIN, you can access the "Rewards History" page on the Prizestore voucher redemption platform to review the single redeemed voucher for as long as the PIN is still valid.

The reward entitles you to either a R10 or R20 airtime voucher (or network equivalent), depending on the reward allocated to you.
The airtime is loaded automatically to the qualifying device cell number number on redemption and remains available until it is depleted.
Please check if you are on a South African DNC (do not contact) list, it is the responsibility for you to to remove your cell phone number from the South African DNC list, in order to receive an airtime reward, before the reward is forfeited
The airtime voucher can be used on any prepaid network cellphone numbers. Some contracts are excluded.
The airtime voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue, or if depleted beforehand.
The reward entitles you to either a R300, R1000 or R2000 ABSA Cash Send reward, depending on the reward allocated to you.
On redemption, you will receive 2 SMS’es (within 7 working days once redeemed via the redemption platform):
SMS 1 - Contains the cash send withdrawal number to be used at an ABSA ATM
SMS 2 - Contains the unique 6 digit pin code
1. Once both SMS’es received, you must go to an ABSA ATM and select ‘Cardless Services’.
2. Enter the 10 digit pin from SMS 1.
3. The ATM will display the available funds in ‘Wallet’.
4. Enter the 6 digit pin from SMS 2 in order to withdraw funds.
The ABSA Cash Send SMS's are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
All funds have to be withdrawn in one transaction. If all the funds are not withdrawn in one transaction, the remaining funds will be forfeited
The reward entitles you to either a R200 or R500 Uber/Uber Eats voucher, depending on the reward allocated to you.
You have until 14 December 2024 to click the link received via SMS on redemption and activate to receive your Uber/Uber Eats voucher.
Once you've activated by clicking the link within the SMS you received, the Uber/Uber Eats voucher is valid for 3 years from date of issue.
You will be required to download the Uber/ Uber Ears app to use the Uber/Uber Eats voucher. Uber/Uber Eats vouchers are added via the Wallet tab and proceed to “add voucher code”.
You can only apply one Uber/Uber Eats voucher for a single ride or order.
The Uber/Uber Eats voucher value will remain until the balance is either depleted or the expiry date is reached, whichever occurs first.
The reward entitles you to a 1 month Spotify subscription.
Spotify vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of issue.
The Spotify voucher is redeemable only on the Spotify platform and may require the creation or use of an existing Spotify account.
1. Log In to Spotify: Open the Spotify app or go to the Spotify website and log in to your account. If you don't have an account yet, you'll need to create one.
2. Access Your Account: On the Spotify website, click on your profile picture in the top right corner and select “Account” from the dropdown menu. On the app, you might need to go to “Settings” and then “Account.”
3. Find the Redeem Section:
Website: Once you’re on the “Account” page, look for a link that says “Redeem” or “Redeem a gift card” on the sidebar or under “Your Plan.”
App: On mobile devices, you might need to go to the “Settings” menu, then “Account,” and look for an option related to redeeming a code.
4. Enter the Voucher Code: You’ll be prompted to enter the code from your Spotify voucher. Type it in exactly as it appears, including any dashes.
5. Submit and Confirm: Click the “Redeem” button (or equivalent) to apply the voucher to your account. You should receive a confirmation that the code has been successfully redeemed, and your account will be credited accordingly.
6. Check Your Subscription: If it was a voucher for a premium subscription, verify that your account now reflects the updated status.
Spotify vouchers are intended for single use only. Once redeemed, they can't be used again.
The reward entitles you to either a R100 or R500 Engen/Quickshop voucher, depending on the reward allocated to you.
Your Engen/Quickshop voucher is valid until 15 January 2025. If you don't make use of your Engen/Quickshop voucher before the voucher expires, the voucher is forfeited.
1. Download and Register on the Engen 1app.
2. In the top left menu, click on 1Wallet then click on 1Card.
3. Click on Top Up 1Card and enter your voucher number.
4. Click on Redeem 1Card Code and enter your voucher number.
5. Now you can select 1Card in the app as your payment option.
6. Valid for shop items & fuel.

Shoprite/Checkers voucher is valid for 3 years from date of issue.
Any Shoprite/Checkers nationwide, in store only.
When you use your Shoprite/Checkers voucher, you must sign a transaction slip. and the transaction will be processed against the available card balance.
The Shoprite/Checkers voucher value will remain until the balance is either depleted or the expiry date is reached, whichever occurs first.
